The Loud House Nickelodeon
Last Time: Lincoln goes on a date, you can read that here. Now, episode to Episode 16's segments.
Episode 16a: Attention Deficit
Another hint of life in a large family is that there are more kids than parents and so this means the parents limited time is more limited when it comes to being with each kid individually. The episode starts by showing an active/ normal time at the Loud House and Lincoln working on a science project. When he asks each parent for some assistance they have to tend to other kids first. In contrast, Clyde, as a single child has both his parents more un-divided attention. This gives Clyde the idea to let Lincoln come over to his house and have his Dads help Lincoln.
The Mcbride parents give Lincoln some attention which Lincoln seems to enjoy. He doesn't get his project done that first day meaning he'll be back a second day. Lynn notices that Lincoln looks a little different and gets it out of him that he spent the afternoon with the McBrides who give him some attention. Lynn is impressed by this and decides to join in the fun , after Lincoln invites her. That goes well for her as she enjoys the attention too. Again, because she wouldn't be used to it either because she's in the same position as Lincoln with other people in the family needing attention as well.
Eventually, the other sisters want to join in and this causes cahos at the McBride home. The McBrides have to deal with other kids now. Lincoln was going to kick his sisters out of the house but he learns that they also want a little attention too and goes home. (Leaving them with those people aren't of any help though) Lincoln's parents do end up helping because they were always going to help. The McBrides send all the other Louds back home. Rita and Lynn Sr. are saints.
This is wonderful episode. It doesn't put anyone in a negative light and uses the shows premise well to make simple episode pop. It shows that all of the characters have the same thing in common with the big family, just wanting a little attention. It's an episode with heart , fun moments, and ajoy to watch. I give it 9/10.

Episode 16 B: Out on a Limo
Lincoln is an eleven year old boy, and that mean sometimes he does stupid things like people of any age really. He also can be a jerk sometimes because yes, he's not saint. That all fine. This episode's likability depends on if you don't mind that Lincoln ends up acting like a jerk for a while but still learns a lesson
In this episode, Lincoln wins a day with a limo because he ate a bunch of mustard. He at first shows kindness to the driver by letting the man call him Lincoln and not "sir". The sisters let him have some fun to himself with the limo and he promises to pick them up later and go the bruger joint. He meets a rich guy named Tetherby who thinks Lincoln is rich and they hang out doing "rich people" stuff.
There is a cliche in media that either is done because they are trying to appeal to the masses or something, but really is tired. Showing rich people as jerks and condensing (insert any other words here). Being a jerk doesn't mean your rich , anyone can be a jerk so it's just a boring use of a cliche it would have been better if the rich person was nicer and Lincoln gets enraptured by doing rich people stuff that he lets it get to his head. That doesn't happen. instead Lincoln starts acting like he is rich and like the one guy in particular. The driver has to call him sir now and he forgets his sisters.
The episode does a good job at making sure Lincoln learns that he should be himself again and it ends well with the limo driver letting him take his sisters to the food place. Like, I said this episode depends on how you feel about the premise of Lincoln acting like a jerk for a bit. You could say it's out of character for him ,yes, at the same time it makes sense that he would listen to some guy who lives the rich life and Lincoln would use him as an example, and yes making a mistake to copy that even though it goes against his normal kind nature. This can happen to people so it's not off the mark. I don't hate this episode, it's not favorite of mine. I think it is written well , though not really a lot of laughs or anything but it's not awful. I give it 7/10.
